Our Community
Since 1983 till today, District 9 has gone without the fulfillment of prosperity, equality, justice, and stability in our community that’s all most 40 years! According to www.memphiscrime.org, major violent crimes are up, murders are up, aggravated assaults are up, major violent crimes for long-term trends in our district are up, and you’re living the end results. We must have Equal representation on both sides of the aisle in order to have justice, equality, prosperity, and stability for our children! As a Navy Chief, I was always taught to put people first and to put them in a position to succeed, continually investing in Human Capital. I respectfully request your support, trust, and belief to make a positive impact in your life and to FULFILL the PROMISE! There’s a fine line between Poverty and Prosperity and we are tired of POVERTY!

I will have the courage to meet the demands of my profession in being your next U.S. House of Representatives for District 9. I will only make decisions that are in the best interest of our community, our great state of Tennessee, and our Nation. I promise to overcome challenges while adhering to the highest standards by being loyal to my God, who has called me to be honest, compassionate, and efficient in delivering swift justice in fighting for equality!
